Careers Ed - Kate Handley

Today we were visited by Kate Handley (Oscar's Mum!).  She kindly took us through her career pathway from study - photographer's assistant - photographer - art buyer - managing director of digital design agency, 'Salted Herring'.

She emphasised the value of problem solving skills, hard work and determination.

Careers Education - Engineer talk

Today we were visited by Martin Pratchett - a structural engineer at Certa as part of our Careers Education focus this term.  He talked us through his career pathway and we got to have a go at putting our own problem solving skills into practise!
