Before they went on their hunt, all the students had to work together with their buddies to create an Easter basket, ready to collect the gifts the Easter Bunny (Mrs Velvin) had left around the field.
Once the baskets were made, the students headed out in search of eggs. The eggs were found in two's (one for them and one for their buddy). Once they had collected an egg each, they came back together and enjoyed their treat.
